Our Community Health Director and team of Certified Nursing Assistants provide professional and compassionate assisted living services in the privacy and comfort of your own apartment home. Driven by research and community best practices, this program is designed to enhance the quality of life and daily experience of residents with early to mid-stage Alzheimer’s or dementia.
