A senior premier independent and assisted living community in Northwest Seattle
Ida Culver House Broadview is an inspiring place to be, both inside and out. Residents enjoy breathtaking views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains, elegant décor, exquisitely landscaped gardens, a rejuvenating saltwater pool, and restaurant-quality dining. At Ida Culver House Broadview, you will find welcoming residents, an array of enriching programs and activities, and compassionate staff who go the extra mile for each level of care we offer.
Every season takes center stage in our lush landscape with dramatic displays year-round: mature rhododendrons in spring, lush foliage in summer, the dramatic colors shown in our well-established maple trees in the fall, and our signature grand sequoia tree all year. Our monthly rent includes two delicious meals a day, so you can enjoy the convenience of fresh and flavorful meals in our elegant dining room, where we have an in-house chef. With weekly housekeeping and linen services, you can spend your time doing something more enjoyable, like tending to your garden plot in our community p-patch.
Our community’s name carries forth the legacy of its pioneer, Ms. Ida Culver, who originally created a home for retired teachers. Today, Ida Culver House Broadview is home to residents of varied backgrounds, interests, and care needs. Our partnership with the University of Washington ensures our cutting-edge health and social programs are informed by research that supports healthy aging.
With a robust and active lifestyle, along with a spectrum of care options, Ida Culver House Broadview offers seniors peace of mind in a welcoming and vibrant retirement community.
