Stay Sharp: Simple Steps to Support Brain Health

This interactive workshop, brought to us in partnership with the UW School of Nursing, introduces simple, science-backed ways to support brain health as we age. Participants will learn about six key lifestyle habits, like staying mentally active, managing stress, and staying socially connected, that research shows can help keep the brain sharp. The session includes fun, engaging activities and ends with a personalized action plan anyone can start right away.
