Mindfulness Meditation to manage stress

In this presentation, brought to us in partnership with the UW School of Nursing, we will focus on how to manage stress and anxiety, utilizing mindfulness principles.  You will: learn about the core principles and attitudes of mindfulness; apply these concepts and engage in a group mindfulness exercise; learn about the benefits of self-care on our overall well-being; discuss steps to develop self-care goals and habits.  We look forward to seeing you for this event!
