Join Emily Acri and Steven Damouni for a violin and piano performance influenced by works of Fritz Kreisler (1875-1962). They will explore some of Kreisler’s original works, as well as some of his transcriptions and adaptations of different composers, compositions and musical styles. Kreisler’s musical language transcends the written notes on the page. He captures a human quality in his singing melodies and familiar rhythmic patterns that is irresistibly timeless.
