Eight Great Ways to Enjoy Father’s Day

Dad deserves special recognition. There is nothing better than a good meal and quality time together for Father’s Day.  All eight, Seattle-area Era Living communities invite families to celebrate dad this weekend.  Our festivities include:

 

Aljoya Mercer Island offers the ultimate Father’s Day brunch on Sunday from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. with an omelet bar and Belgian waffle station. Guests also select from entrées such as grilled Copper River salmon, and tenderloin steak with vegetable brochette.

 

Aljoya Thornton Place is serving all of dad’s favorites on Sunday from 11 a.m until 2 p.m. Enjoy dad-tastic cuisine like barbecued baby back ribs, crispy cod, and mac and cheese.

 

Ida Culver House Broadview hosts Baseball, Beer & Ice Cream at noon on Sunday. Stop in for an afternoon of dad-style relaxation.

 

Ida Culver House Ravenna helps everyone get ahead with brunch served on Saturday. Seatings are at 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. The menu is an upscale twist on meat and potatoes, diners can choose between New York steak and Northwest salmon.

 

The Gardens at Town Square welcomes residents and families on Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. An All-American buffet will be served including barbecued ribs, fried chicken, grilled hotdogs and hamburgers, corn on the cob, and root beer floats.

 

The Lakeshore is serving up Sunday Supper for Father’s Day from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.; prime rib and beer are on the menu.

 

University House Issaquah offers Father’s Day brunch on Sunday at 11 a.m. The chef is serving traditional favorites made with ingredients sourced from local farms.

 

University House Wallingford delights dads and families with its Father’s Day Feast on Sunday from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The chef describes his menu as Americana in style, and will be serving a selection of favorites with barbecued and grilled flavors.
