Find Connection and JoyIn extraordinary times

At Era Living, we consider your needs and desires essential. Our retirement communities help you stay engaged and connected-- while covering the cooking, cleaning, care if you need it, and more.
Each of our communities has an extensive and intellectually rich activity calendar that can introduce you to new hobbies or enable you to cultivate an existing passion. Currently, we’re offering a variety of virtual and outdoor, distanced* activities to nourish your mind, body, and spirit.
Our welcoming communities offer ample opportunities to socialize with active seniors. Many residents discover familiar faces from the area and have the opportunity to rekindle friendships. Others enjoy making new, lifelong connections. During the pandemic, we’ve helped residents stay connected through technology and are also offering outdoor visits with small groups of family and friends in our beautifully landscaped gardens.
Our on-site Wellness Centers offer convenient consultations with licensed nurses and nursing assistants– and we have a counselor on staff at every community to support our residents. In addition, our partnerships with the UW Schools of Nursing, Pharmacy, and Social Work enable us to provide evidence-informed wellness programming. If needed, assisted living services are provided in the privacy and comfort of your apartment on an a la carte basis.

Era Living was at the forefront of implementing robust precautions, testing broadly**, and advocating for seniors. Our early efforts were lauded for averting an outbreak by UW Medicine researchers and a former CDC director.

When you choose an Era Living community, you can rest assured knowing that we have thorough screening procedures for staff and visitors, and we are following expert advice on cleaning, mask use, distancing, and more.

You can see the current status of COVID-19 in our communities and what we are doing to protect our residents and staff here .

Send us a message for more information and to schedule a virtual tour. Or, give us a call at (206) 504-1976. We are welcoming new residents now, with protective measures.
