Organized under the direction of curator Kari Tai, Home Ground unfolds as a captivating interdisciplinary art showcase hosted at University House Wallingford. The event encompasses a rich tapestry of visual art, poetry, dance, music, and spoken word. Expanding the creative horizon, curator June Sekiguchi extended invitations to Seattle area artists who draw inspiration from various art forms. Attendees will enjoy live music and can savor a selection of appetizers and refreshments while immersing themselves in the distinctive collection on display. Plus, one lucky winner will go home with a work of art created live at the Opening Gala by a demonstrating artist.
