Physical therapy to Help Maintain or Regain Function

The goal of physical therapy is to help you maintain or regain function and mobility, making life more comfortable and enjoyable. Our focus is on restoring function and motion, decreasing pain and inflammation, and reducing fall risk and injuries.

We treat a variety of conditions, including:

  • Joint pain, such as shoulder, neck, or back pain
  • Pain from arthritis or injury
  • Impaired balance, prevention of falls, and fall recovery
  • Difficulty walking indoors and/or outdoors
  • Difficulty getting in/out of bed
  • Difficulty getting in/out of a car/bus
  • Difficulty standing up/sitting down
  • Cardiac and pulmonary issues, such as COPD and CHF
  • Fractures, strains, and sprains
  • Osteoporosis and poor posture
  • Neurological conditions, such as stroke, peripheral neuropathy, and Parkinson’s
