Developing Behaviors to Enhance Our Well-Being

We’ve all heard how important self-care is. In this presentation, brought to us in partnership with the de Tornyay Center for Healthy Aging at the UW School of Nursing, we will learn the benefits to our overall well-being, and discuss steps to develop self-care goals and habits. We’ll also discuss the benefits of exercise for older adults and introduce an exercise program for people living with memory loss or dementia. Complimentary valet parking will be provided for your convenience.
