In this presentation, Elder Law Attorney Miriam Ayoub will cover what documents create an estate plan and the impacts of proper (and improper) planning. We will discuss the estate planning documents that cover both incapacity and death, including: Last Will and Testament; Durable Powers of Attorney; Health Care Directives; Statement Regarding Disposition of Remains; Tangible Personal Property Lists.
