Along with decreasing stress and enhancing overall peace of mind, regular meditation can also help improve cardiovascular and immune systems and help boost memory! In this free in-person class, Mallory Mixdorf will guide the meditation and lead participants through a time of deep breathing so you leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
