Do you want to improve your memory and immune system? Did you know
that meditation could help? Along with decreasing stress and enhancing overall peace of mind, regular meditation can also help improve cardiovascular and immune systems and help boost memory! In this free in-person class, our full-time counselor, Mallory Mixdorf, will guide the meditation and lead participants through a time of deep breathing so you leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
