Kindness Achieved: Third Graders and Ida Culver House Ravenna Residents Share Lessons
It’s not everyday that we get a call from a television reporter at Ida Culver House Ravenna. When Meg Coyle, from KING-TV, channel 5 in Seattle, called us and shared that we have a great reputation for teaching kindness, we were all ears. Meg and her news team came out to talk with our residents about their work with some very smart third graders from Assumption-Saint Bridget School. We were thrilled with the request for interviews and even more pleased to learn that our story was part of an on-going series about teaching children kindness in our community.
