Era Living Recognizes Important Role of Nursing Assistants

Today, June 15, 2017, is Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) Day. Era Living is grateful to the nursing assistants who work with us because they are some of the best in the nation.

Inside every Era Living community, our amazing nursing assistants enhance lives of residents. Our CNA teams are composed of nurturers who thrive in the community environment.

“We appreciate our certified nursing assistants,” says Era Living Regional Director of Quality Improvement, Dr. Albert Munanga. “These dedicated caregivers have the training and commitment to give valuable support. CNAs provide services to some of our residents inside of their homes.  They also work in our community health centers alongside health directors, nurses, nurse practitioners and other clinical care providers.”

To encourage more employees to become CNAs, Era Living created a certified nursing assistant scholarship program, with complete tuition coverage, for qualified employees who have worked for Era Living for at least six months.
