University of Washington Retirement Association

The founding and success of University House Wallingford and later, University House Issaquah, stem from the partnership between Era Living and the University of Washington Retirement Association (UWRA). The UWRA was instrumental in the development of these communities with the continuing goal of providing retirees with excellent housing and programming. Residents benefit from this partnership by experiencing a community of distinct academic flavor, a connection to UW programs and a commitment to lifelong learning, as well as access to UWRA programs.
